Back to the coast, to the vast shifts of the tides, to corrugated and ironed sands, to all manner of markings made by sea and air. Having photographed many spring flowers unfurling in Surrey and now returning to the northwest coast, there is much to consider in nature’s great patterns and movements. I’ve been playing around with images today and am delighted to have created this image. It encompasses both what my eyes can and cannot see. This feels like a Eureka moment. This is a Eureka moment.
