Cyanotype photography was developed in 1984 by Sir John Herschel. It proved to be cheaper and more durable than the silver-based developing method.
Today I tried cyanotype photography for the first time after watching many instructive video clips on You Tube. The results far surpassed my expectations. This is the first. A photograph of Andy (please see previous posts at the end of September). I chose a deliberately high-contrast image for the first experiment.
