A quick visit to RHS Wisley in Surrey. It was pouring with rain so the glass house was rather busy to say the least. Came away with a number of iPhone photographs and a heart full of inspiration. It was impossible not to make a small (20 x 11cm) sketchbook watercolour at my friends’ kitchen table. Had forgotten quite how much painting flowers and plants sends spirits soaring.
