Once in a blue moon, I'll work from a photograph. It always surprises me how this takes the pressure off. It means you're not having to find the image from within. It's incredibly tiring to do that. To work purely with the imagination and the muse. This painting isn't finished yet. I'll perhaps finish it tomorrow. There's a lot of waiting for the paper to dry before moving on. 41 x 31cm.
