Experiment with reduced palette due to toxicity of some of the pigments I've been using for the past few years. Am cutting out the highly toxic ones and working only with safe pigments from now on. Once the pigment is suspended in a medium (e.g. egg), it is no longer toxic as the pigment dust can't be inhaled. However, it's wise for the painter to protect her lungs, especially post covid infection. A recent x-ray revealed my lungs to be fully healthy again, so that's a relief. Feeling somewhat celebratory!
